I sort of read at Chapter by Chapter. I would recomend it to you - even if you don't want to write long fiction anytime soon I think you would get a lot out of it. Seh talks a lot about negitive emotions and writing.

I'm trying to figure out how much of what type of book I get where. I shop at two indi book stores the chain stores adn amizon - I want to know if my impressions are right abotu how much I spend and where I spend it in a year. This was an indi store and I spent under $80.

I have a second job to cover the books - I get paid monthly so I do my big book buy monthly (and a smaller one at another time in the month - this month the other shopping will be the 16th)

I may be ordering a few off of amizon - but I always feel guilty about it.

I think you would enjoy chapter by chapter and I think it would help you with some things.

Sounds like you're a Jack Passarella fan. I've read (and enjoyed) Wither.

I met him last year when he gave a talk for the GSHW (of which he's member).

Great guy :)

I have read a short story in the Wither Universe and I enjoyed it very much. But at the same time I knew I was missing things. Wither is only avalable in an expensive hard cover or something along those lines. So I ended up ordering a used copy off of Amizon. I'll probably read Wither after the deLint book.
Funny thing about Wither - he co wrote it with one of my school mates.

I *so* wish you all were closer to me.
