Wow I feel like I should post but I havenothing to say...

Still have that headache and am thinking about going to the doctor - but since he breached trust with me I don't want to go. Why am I staying with him

a) I'm in the middle of dealing with a dr that needs refurals. So if I change drs I will need to get more refurals from a new dr. it's more of a pain in the ass then you think. I have to go through all hte testing again and in all honisty I've had enough x-rays, cat scans and what not in the past 2 years.

b) he's an inturn and will be gone soon.

c) the last two times I was in the office his boss came in with him. Yeah they get reviewed from time to time. But last time the dr turned to him and said, basicly, that he didn't get to just send me away. He actuly had to test what I was asking about.

I have been with the office a lot longer than the DR in question. I have been a good complinat patent. And the past few visits it seems that the office staff/ higher ups, are on my side. What happend to me last year was enough to get the whole practice in *sierous* trouble. And I let them know I knew that. I also spoke with my insurance company about what happned to me - so it is documented. If the comapny works the way ours did they contacted the office (plus I told the office I would be dicussing greivences with my insurance comapnay)

Sounds scary, I haven't been to the doctor in years so I'm scared of what I might have to do O_O. Can I ask what it is the doctor did to preach your trust?

he acused me of a few things. I ended up in tears and then when he sent me off to a specalist *but* he didn't write me a refural and it sort of escelatied to the point that I wasn't getting calls returned - and it went on for three months. I finaly ratted him out to my insurance company.

Well hopefully he'll learn so he doesn't make the same mistakes again. If you don't mind me asking, the long pain for you, what is it?

I hope so as well. I've had a lot of student doctors, and he's the worst.

I brok my back (very slightly) 25 years ago - it wasn't picked up until a few years ago - it's too late to fix it now. but at least they know what is wrong now.
